Ace Home Tutors operates a home tuition matching service. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and how we look after it.

Information we collect

We collect details only when you choose to send them to us through one of our forms — the "Find a Tutor" requirement form, the "Book a free demo" form, or the "Become a Tutor" application. Depending on the form, this may include:

• Your name, phone number, and email address (if you provide one)
• The student's class, subjects, board, and any exam preparation needs
• Preferred days, time slots, and location
• For tutors: qualifications, experience, subjects and classes taught, and availability
• Any additional notes or messages you include

How we use it

We use your information to match families with suitable tutors and arrange demo classes, to contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your request, and to review tutor applications.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Details are shared only between a family and a tutor where that is needed to arrange tuition.

How it is stored

Form submissions are stored securely in our database, hosted with Supabase, and a notification is emailed to our team so we can follow up. Access is limited to authorised staff.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as it is needed to provide the service and follow up with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Just get in touch and we will act on your request.
